Jared Cunningham is a licensed  REALTOR with The Dereda Cunningham Team.   

He has a real passion for real estate and literally grew up in the business,   "You could just about say I was born into the business". Jared has been around Real Estate since  he was 13 years old and has been challenged by his mother's success to be the best realtor that I can. 

Before Jared joined the team, he spent over four years in the mortage business as a Licensed Loan Officer and combines his his years of observation and his mortgage background to be an asset to the team.  As his partner and mother Dereda says, It makes no difference whether clients are buying or selling their first home or tenth, an executive property or a "fixer upper".  "We live by our motto- we sell them all, large and small'.  Existing homes, multifamily units, condominiums, new home construction; every day is different and we have the background and knowledge to properly serve client's interested in all kinds of homes," Dereda says. "Whether a client's home is worth $100,000 or $2,000,000, they receive the same high level of service."
